Dear friends, kindly update on the latest MCI rules and regulations regarding the private practice done by some teaching faculties who are already posted in medical colleges. As per my previous knowledge, MCI prohibits parallel private practice done by teaching faculties in any private or government medical colleges.

Please share specific guidance and reference to that guidance.
