Hi Dear all, I am a practising as an anaesthetist. I have friend's father who is diagnosed with Carcinoid tumour. Recent MI with drug eluding stents on twin anti-platelets. Advised to post pone surgery till 12 months for cardiac stents which will be this September. Not sure of cardiac reserve.

Very poor nutrition and around 70+ age. Anyone has experience of managing carcinoid tumour. Prognosis? How to deal with current situation. Kindly let me know.
