A 15-year-old male patient from kisanpur attended OPD on 29/05/2020 during this COVID-19 era with high fever restless cough and chest pain . Based on chest x-ray bilateral pleural effusion was diagnosed and treatment was started with bothering COVID tests. After 13 days repeat x-ray was taken on 12/06/2020. The patient showed a lot of improvement and the chest is clear with effusion.
