A 12-year-old presented with a tan plaque measuring 7.0*4.0 cm on her scalp. Although the lesion had been present since her birth, it had gradually increased in size with a cerebriform appearance (Panel A). Her physical, neurological, and radiography of skull were unremarkable. Histologic images showed papillomatous epidermal hyperplasia with a large number of mature sebaceous glands with no evidence of cancer (Panel B).
