For the present case, please refer to the previous post of date 23-7-17. I had suffered from many problems when I was treating this patient. During pregnancy, this patient had asthmatic attacks and she might be had taken self-medication and the patient was not revealing things to me. I treated her with antitubercular treatment, after that she developed sometimes asthma, fever, vomiting’s, restlessness, less appetite etc. She was on treatment of rifampicin, ethambutol, pyrazine, levofloxacin, and inhalation.
Still, some problems come. Then I started her treatment with 8mg IV Dexamethasone every 8-hour interval for one week and I give tapering along with antimalarial, bronchodilators, IV cefuroxime.
