A patient is having intense itching on medial side of eyelids. On gentle rubbing over nasolacrimal ducts, there will be mucoid discharge just below lacrimal ducts, causing hazy cornea.

H/o rhinitis, seborrhea. No appreciable relief with a teardrop, olopatadine Could it be due to: Dry eye  Allergic conjunctivitis Blepharitis
