One patient came to me who got married 8 months ago. He complained of burning micturition and pain while micturition. I gave him Levofloxacin but it was not relieving so I went for Sulfamethoxazole-Trimethoprim and the problem resolved.
Now the same patient is complaining that he is having pain while erection of his penis and thinks like his penis is getting shorter. I think it is a case of Erectile dysfunction and Doppler and further investigation should be done. What do you think doctors regarding this case please help me out?
