A 34-year-old female nulligravida came to OPD after 7 years of evaluation and treatment by another gynecologist. During 7 years, she has undergone following evaluation and treatment. Due to hypothyroidism, she has taken treatment with Levothyroxine. Recent TSH 0.39. Initially, it was 7.36. She had fundal fibroid 6×7 cm for which is has undergone laparoscopic myomectomy. During that procedure, OT findings mentioned free spill seen from both fallopian tubes.
BMI normal. LH 6, FSH 4. , AMH 6.36, prolactin 15. Semen analysis normal. Underwent 6 cycles of IUI after ovulation induction. Also has undergone embryo transfer but had missed abortion. Recent USG pelvis normal Kindly opine on further management.
