You must have come across many self-glorifying institutes, universities who make a tall claim of having affiliations to German, Malaysian, Seychelles Universities and they open up a paper factory. They give certificates mentioning PGDCC, PGDTC, CCCC, PGDAM and all alphabetical combinations. Some places are even giving MD Dermatology, Cardiology, etc. Is this legal and valid in India?
