What is the current 'practical' treatment of spinal tuberculosis AND also if the patient has both spinal+pulmonary tuberculosis ? The WHO, British and American guidelinea differ sharply ? Do we have Indian guidelines ?

More importantly, what is the most 'practical' treatment i.e. one which is most effective in Indian patients / scenario ?
