A 40 yr. male with history of road side accident 4 yrs back. There was # C7 vertebrae with grade 1 anterolisthesis of C6 over C7. Pt underwent surgery at PGI chandigarh ( C6-C7 discectomy + ant. cervical plating of C6-T1 with iliac crest graft). Bladder and bowel movements are involuntary.
Pt.cannot stand on his own. Power in both LL 0/5 UL 3/5. Pt.has been undergoing regular physiotherapy but with no improvement. Please suggest what can be done further to improve patients condition? Alternate treatment therapies are also welcomed.
