I have a patient having throat problem since 10-12, difficulty in speaking (voice hoarseness), mild paid some time, also feeling gas and acidity and refluxes (Dakar), allergic rhinitis and depression. Taking following medicine tab rabeprazole 20 mg + domperidone 30 mg, tab montelukast, tab escitalopram.
Kindly advise for the throat problem.
