Case presentation Β A 50-year-old woman presented with a one-month history of vaginal bleeding . Pap smear is normal A left adnexal mass is discovered during a pelvic examination. Uterine curettage revealed complex endometrial hyperplasia in the absence of atypia. A CT scan of the abdomen revealed a 5 cm mass that had replaced the left ovary. The patient has a hysterectomy and a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy .
