A 57 years old woman with known diabetes mellitus and gout, both diseases well controlled with medications reported with a complaint of having urge to pass urine but on urination nothing or few drops of urine passing out.patient also admitted passing of red urine two days ago. No fever, urine examination routine was normal but culture showed growth of E.coli which were sensitive to amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, NFT along with parenteral antibiotics. The patient took amoxicillin and clavulanic acid combination 625 mg 1 tab BD.
On 10 th day had itching on left thigh with 3 discrete 1 cm rashes. What could be the cause and how to manage this case?
