A 60 years old diabetic hypertensive man, woke up at 4:30 AM.and noticed excessive perspiration in spite of functioning AC in the room. No other associated clinical symptom was present. Blood sugar was 72 by glucometer testing, BP was 152/ 72 mmHg.

Medication taken are metoprolol 50,  Isosorbide mono nitrate 30, Aspirin 150,  Torsemide 10,  Metformin 2.5, glimepiride 6, pioglitazone 15. What could be the cause of excessive sweating and how to further proceed in this case? Kindly share.
