A 62-year-old woman presented with involuntary loss of urine. She has noticed it gradually over 2 years. Leakage occurs in small amounts and frequency of urination is every hour during day and 5-6 times during night. She had uncomplicated vaginal deliveries and reached menopause at the age of 55 years. Examination Abdominal examination is normal.
