A 15 year old girl diagnosed with CP some 13 years back, H/O - at birth - no cry, at age 3 - 4 months - no eye contacts, at age 12 - 18 months - no crwaling, sitting with supports, walking with support at age 2 - 3 years - over weight so could not balanced her weight, since then bed ridden Presently, she has intemittent seizures, multiple contractures of all long bones, can not recognises parents, can not speak, floppy muscles of all limbs, no movements at all except neck and head. Few days back, difficulty in swallowing liquid food, but now she can take food (since last 10 years only on liquid diet) Any suggestions from experties to supprtive n better life or any new treatment modality for this girl.
