Sir A patient having bifid ureter. Upper ureter draining 1/3 part and lower draing 2/3 part. There was an obst. of lower part at PUJ which was operated in 1988 (Culp's pyeloplasty was done). Now patient has developed 2 calculi of size 11mm each in lower part with grade 2 hydronephrosis with dilated pelvis(lower part).
Stone appear free floating i.e. coming to pelvis causing pain off and on. Partial obst. at PUJ may be the cause of stone formation because of stasis.What should be the treatment? Open surgery,PCNL or RIRS or any thing else.
