I had a patient who presented with b/l vision loss about 2 months back. Presently there is no significant findings on examination in both anterior and posterior segment. He has taken treatment for crytococcal meningitis 6 months back.

CSF culture is negative now. Patient says that his vision returned briefly for 30 seconds on two ocassions. What to do?
