In chronic Diabetic patient having recurrent attack of hypoglycemia is indicator of future nephropathy? How should we manage this and what are its prognosis? In many cases having very high blood sugar with passage of time in lower dose of medicine blood suger get controlled and many a time they suffer from hypoglycemia.

Later on in some caseses there is Nephropathy. Why so? What we should do?
