A 14 yrs girl presented with Significant enlargement of lymph nodes of Cervical and Axillary regions.Cervical nodes are matted. All nodes are firm and movable- 10 months duration.Recurrent high fever ,loss of weight(6 kgs)- 10 months duration. Hepatomegaly(firm) is present 2 inches below RCM. Bilateral Parotitis,Preauricular,Lymphedinitis were present CXR is normal.USG abdomen reveals no other abnormality.
Gene Expert -ve.Lymph node histopathology reveals only Reactive changes,endorsed by 4 Pathologists. HIV -ve. Kindly suggest the diagnosis.
