Patient 27 yrs age ,married for 4.5 yrs, p0+2, 1st miscarriage, 6 months back, conceived after6 cycles of ovulation induction and IUI, followed by spontaneous miscarriage after 5 wks gestation,no DNC 2nd miscarriage ,just this month ,spontaneous conception,B HCG comes 33 after 4 wks of amenorrhea, then h/o p/v spotting given progesterone support nd aspirin and advised repeat B HCG after 48 hrs came only 12, after spotting bleeding starts as normal periods little heavy associated with pain . her USG shows normal uterus, heterogenous endometrium max length of foci is 10mm most likely blood clot.its not a clear three lined endometrium,normal ovaries.
repeat B HCG comes non-pregnant value, Kindly suggest what should be counselling of couples and next what should be approach and treatment line now and before planning her next pregnancy? thanks
