Clinical findings on various filarial presentations?

As an endemic area, India is prone for filariasis which can be present in many ways. Can any one share some interesting findings about filarial presentations. Say may be urticaria, or unususal presentations etc.

Clinically filaria can be present as elephantisis in the long run. What other subtle clinical findings make you wonder that filaria can cone like this also?
