The Dubai Ministry of Health recently closed several healthcare facilities in the city. The order was a part of the ministry’s supervision which was aligned with the strategy to implement globally recognized standards across all the healthcare facilities. A total of 24 health centers and pharmacies had been closed with orders from the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
The teams appointed for the inspection of hospitals found that some of the establishments failed to conform to the safety standards, while some even allowed their doctors and technicians to practice their profession without a license.
