A 13 years old child taking topiramate and clobazam since 3 years for epilepsy. The patient suffered from first episode of epilepsy at the age of 6 years. He had not any single episode since last 3 years.

Which medicine can be given as cognitive enhancer to him? Can piracetam  be used  to this patient?
