After graduating from my medical college there were lots of dream about my future.Ooo I will be a like this I will be like that.I will earn good money.I will get lots of respect.But I have seen lots of ups and downs through out last 8 years. New laws,new updates,new circumstances.Most of the times I worked in private setup. I have met lots of consultants who were excel in their management and had good croud outside their OPD.
Seems they were preety,happy having good lives.Through out these years I have realized a few points how to deal with people and how to handle people.Of course all patients were not well mannered.Some were restless,some have got the nature of blaming doctors,some complaints about hospital authority,some doctors got beaten.Those who are influential wants extracare and lots of bla bla....I found funny even if it hurts me.
