A 70 year old lady, in coma, was on treatment for Chronic Renal Failure. Her BS 145 Fasting, Blood Urea - 111, Creatinine 7.1, Hb 8, TLC 14500, Serum Electrolytes Na 120 rest within Normal. She develop restlessness and is in coma. Present medication is Inj. Ceftriaxone 1 gm BD, In Pantoprazole IV Daily, IV 2 litres 1500 5 % Dextrose with 10 units of Insulin and 1 RL on 24 hours slow drip.

O2 inhalation intermittently. Nursing care. Any suggestions and recommendations, please.
