We the doctors are very much worried about consumer protection act. We do not know when we will be in danger during our treatment or any operation. Patient or patient party suit cases against doctors, occasionally for huge compensation beyond imagination.

My question is why we do not take self-valuation of the patient before intervention? Will it be easy to take the case before the intervention?
