Young patients came with complaints of bilateral abscess over thighs, suddenly got syncope attack slurred speech, then went to higher center and learnt that he had bilateral renal failure with degenerative changes in white matter,landed in mods, atypical pres syndrome, CNS milenosis. currently struggling with life.
