There was great variation in foetal USG done by two radiologist in same patient at same time. One radiologist measured foetal wt. as 2.31 kg while another reported as 3 kg.

One reported oligohydramnios while another reported normal fluid in same patient. How to avoid such variat? Is there any guidelines regarding this?
