Patient 30 year old primigravida in first trimester having TSH Level 2.728 ,free t4 level 0.96 and t3 is 3.26. No past history of hypothyroidism, family history of hypothyroidism positive.
Should we proceed to get thyroid antibody test ? What should be the management further?
