Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Day is a day to honor and remember everyone, who born with a heart defect and all of the families and friends touched by children with heart defects. It is held on the 14th of February every year. This is also the time for recognizing the many medical professionals who take care of children and adults that are born with heart defects. It is also the time for recognizing those researchers and other experts that are involved in conducting research for treating and preventing heart defects.
