According to a news item in TOI (1/4/15) doctors are conducting AVOIDABLE SURGERIES in corporarate Hospitals to fulfill the targets of the Hospital Management,according to survey by a NGO as well as some doctors working in these hospitals. Just for maintaining the heavy expenditure of the coroprarte Hospital, is it proper for them to force the doctors working in their hospitals to fulfil the monthly targets of admissions,investigations,surgeries etc?
Why not these fdctors leave such hospitals and have independent practice with contentment of income with good servoce without going for greed for money and humiliation in the hands of non medical management or corporate hospitals for targets involving innocent patients?
