A child 3 yrs has cough fever since 20 days. Fever intermittent high grade. Treatment given by another doctor with oral amox clav and cough syrups not subsided. H/o pulmonary tuberculosis (hilar adenitis) px given with ATT drugs for 7 months when a child was 2yrs old. I did CBC, ESR, WIDAL, ALL Normal.

Waiting for blood culture report. Chest x-ray s/o of bronchitis and bronchiolitis. Hilar prominence present. What may be further management?
