One of my pt has Blepheritis in Lt eye from last six months. He has been treated with Chlorocort eye ointment, hot fomentation  and eye moisturizer drops for 4 weeks. But still redness on conjunctiva of lower lid still persists and he has mild watering from Lt eye off and on.

What further course of treatment should be given ? Please suggest
