A new born having right Upper Lobe Pneumonitis. His HR 130 RR 65 to 70.Spo2 without oxygen 80 to 85%. Maintaining SPO2 on CPAP. Baby is accepting breast feeding CBC WNL.
Even after 10 days, the baby is not able to maintain SPO2 with out CPAP. Baby is not able to maintain SPO2 even on the nasal prong. Baby is gaining weight on breast feeding. What will be the further management?
