a 10 yrs old girl was having 100-101 fever for last 15 days, a/c headace and off and on vomitting.Her fundus is normal. neck stiffness and kernig absent. only typhi dot IgM is positive.cxr pa nad.

after few days of inj ceftrixone  she complained of severe headache followed by altered behaviour. what should we do CSF or CT head or both ?
