I have 6 months old baby diagnosed as (by karyotyping) downs patient, developmentaly motor milestones normal, social milestone normal, has startle reflex. I have done Thyroid prof H atleast 3 to 4 times, all the TSH values are in between 6 to max of 8.

I did not start any thyroxine, what do u suggest? Paediatricians, neonatologist and endocrinologist please share your opinions, what would you do in such situations?
