90-year male brought to Erectile Dysfunction. Sudden loss of consciousness, No seizure/blurring of vision, history of diarrhea one day back. Unconscious nr- DPS, Pupil baseline constricted sluggish r--l Hypotonia in all 4 limbs . No carotid, bruit Plantar absent, Gag absent, ECG: within normal limits. Past history of hypertension for 15 years. CT brain done within 4 hr of admission.
Ongoing gliosis in the bl frontoparietal region. No midline shift, no edema, Small vessel ischemic changes. Xray given below. Temperature and Blood Pressure:100/min, Bp 150/90, Spo2 88 on Room air. Cbc neutrophilic leukocytosis (18k White Blood Cells) Rft normal, Electrolyte normal Differential diagnosis, and x-ray findings.
