Synopsis The presence of insufficient bone volume is a challenge to implant dental prostheses. Researchers have compared the outcomes of conventional augmentation with zygomatic implants in patients with severely atrophic maxilla. The zygomatic implantation method was found to be better compared to conventional methods.
