I have a patient of dermatomyositis confirmed by investigations. The patient has been suffering since the last sixteen yrs. It all started with patches of hypopigmentation of the skin and later large ulcers developed on both feet.

She is under maintenance dose of prednisolone 5 mg twice with tramadol for the pain in the ulcers and legs, which is very acute. Please suggest a course of treatment which will heal her ulcers and give total pain relief.
