A 70-year-old male who is a retired building contractor presents with severe pain in the left eye along with photophobia, blurry vision, and tearing after his grandson kicked him 2 hours ago. Also, he reports a sensation of foreign body in the left eye. He denies any floaters, flashing lights, or mucous discharge. He is not on any ocular medication and has no known allergies.
