A 69-year-old female was presented to the hospital with the chief complaint of swelling on the left side of the anterior part of the tragus. Medical history: She was aware of the swelling for 2.5 years, but denied taking any actions as there was no pain. The patient had no medical history of trauma or temporomandibular disorders. Physical examination: Extraoral examination:  Mild facial asymmetry, but no trismus or occlusal deviation Functional problems : Absent A mass was detected in the left side of the preauricular region.

Radiological investigations: Panoramic radiograph:  An oval radio-dense mass (Image A).
