A 25-year-old female patient with the history of discharge coming from the right side of the nose since 5 months. There is no pain or bleeding or blockage of the nose. The endoscopic picture is given below. CT scan was normal.

Is it rhinosporidiosis? What could be the differential diagnosis? Kindly suggest the treatment.
