Case Presentation: A 39-year-old man presented with a complaint of painful nodules in his umbilicus that appeared around 2-months ago. He had a 9-months history of gastric ring cell carcinoma of the stomach. Physical examination showed an ill-defined, firm, indurated plaque, with multiple nodules in and around the umbilicus. A CT scan of the abdomen revealed thickening of the gastric wall and a mass formed posterior to the abdominal wall.
