A 24-year-old man presented with on and off difficulties in breathing with excessive eating. History Birth: FTNVD At birth: Weak and floppy, weak cry Delayed milestones- sitting at 15 months, walking at 25 months. At the age of 25 months , he started eating excessively and gaining weight At three years of age: Developed chest deformity and back swelling. At seven years of age -: Started school but had to stop due to poor performance and being bullied for appearance.
Abnormal behavior of food obsession and irritability At the age of ten years: Difficulty in breathing worsened and did not improve upon treatment at a local health center.
