Kidney transplantation (KTx) is the best available treatment for the patients with the end-stage renal disease. However, the benefits of Ktx are largely affected by acute rejection. The diagnosis of acute rejection is performed through transplant needle biopsy. But the technique is invasive, prone to sampling error, and increases the risk of complications.
