A13 years old female having spontaneous hair loss from last one month. On examination, there were no hormonal problems, hirsutism,  itching found over the scalp, and seborrheic capitis. She is slightly overweight.

Hair appears dry lackluster and brittle. What is the diagnosis and treatment for this spontaneous hair loss? Kindly suggest.
