A 16-year female presented with cyanosis, fever since morning, vomiting once, and irrelevant talking. History of ingestion of Gabapentin(100), Methycobalamin (500) 2 tab. Bp130/80, Pulse 120/minute, drowsy, responding to VC and investigation include TLC- 11000.

Spo2 60% , X ray chest- normal , ECG - tachycardia. Now the question is whether it was drug reactions or Infection. What could be the diagnosis and treatment of this condition?
