One young patient with a history of PBC neck with MPC 2 with restricted neck extension was posted for elective non plastic surgery under general anaesthesia. Anaethetist prepared the difficult cart ready and took the patient inside. After induction anesthetist faced difficult intubation and subsequently lost the patient.
